A relaxed climate, conducted
from anywhere.
Peggy Gehl fosters a productive, informal settlement environment that helps parties focus on resolution. While in-person mediations remain available upon request, most conferences are now conducted remotely via Zoom.
Following opening remarks, parties move into private virtual breakout rooms, allowing for confidential discussions without the stress and distractions often associated with traditional face-to-face mediations. Participants benefit from the comfort and convenience of joining from their home, office, or attorney's office.
Upon reaching a settlement, parties leave with a written, signed confidential agreement. Gehl Mediations provides DocuSign for remote execution and offers a customizable Neutral Agreement to help ensure a smooth and efficient conclusion to the mediation process.
